EMI Songs

The title of the movie will take anyone by surprise. So, as the title goes **EMI**, the story also deals with loans and repayments. Being the debut movie of Saurabh Kabra, the movie has been well structured to detail the pros and cons of loans with good to hear EMI song collection too. Four stories are told in this movie which run parallel to one another but in their specific borders not mixing each other. There is a common character, ‘Bhai’ who recovers the loans and also solves their personal problems. This role is handled well by Sanjay Dutt. He is actually a gunda and expands to run a Loan Recovery Agency. He aspires to enter into politics.

With an out of the way story line, music director Chirantan Bhatt has tried his best to create six rocking tracks with 6 different lyricists working on the songs, downloadable from songs.pk. As every movie requires an item number to make the movie a hit, the director has got his item number in the movie with Malika Arora Khan as the item girl. The song ‘Chori Chori Dekho Mujhe’ is the promotional track of the movie and the X factor of the album. The song with its Turkish touch creates the sensuous feel sung well by Sunidhi Chauhan. ‘Aankhon Hi Aankohn Mein’ stays prominent for its beautiful guitar strings which is a full stretch love song, an unlikely one for the movie. This soft enticing music will make any person fall in love with it. The title track ‘EMI’ can be heard on the movie trailers. This is a very tricky number for the movie which has been composed in a humorous manner.
