Khalbali Songs

Khalbali Fun Unlimited is a remake of a tamil movie. The movie is a full fledged comedy flick which has all the comedy actors, Shakthi Kapoor, Chunkey Pandey, Rajpal Yadav and many others. The movie is a senseless humor story which has the base story of a hotel owner who wants to blast away the hotel of his rival. For this he hires gangsters to plant a bomb in the rival’s hotel. This movie by Ajay Chandok is for the people who want to take a break from their busy schedule and laugh all through the movie. Music Director Sajid-Wajid has done some justice with Khalbali songs.
The title track of the movie ‘Khalbali’ is sung by Neeraj Sridhar which is repeated many times in the movie and has been mostly promoted. The song failed to make any Khabali in the Bollywood music scenario. The song makes one to hear it twice for its music, but not more than that nether will one remember the song for later. The whole album seems like mostly heard tracks of Sajid-Wajid with similar arrangements as in their previous movies. The Marathi folk song Zhala Menu Zhala sung by Wajid himself is a Marathi chartbuster song. The song didn’t fare well in the Hindi chartbuster, because of its every so similar sound track. The song ‘Bhuri Bhuri’ has Neeraj Sridhar on the vocals which have a groovy feeling to it. The song is a romantic track and has a good rhythm and can be said to be the best song of the album.
