2 States an upcoming film

For all Alia Bhat fans out there, EROS is bringing a brand new film 2 Stastes  starring Alia Bhatt and Arjun kapoor in the main roles. The movie is directed by Abhishek Varman and produced by Karan Johar and Sajid Nadiawala. 2 States is also a novel written by famous writer Chetan Bhagat and movie is an adaption. It is a romatic drama for which you’ll have to wait a lot as expected release is in 2014. The music of the movie has been directed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy

In 2 States, Arjun Kapoor is playing a Punjabi boy’s character who falls in love with Alia Bhatt who is a Tamil girl. The story is depicting how the 2 love birds will deal with the cultural clash and what problem they and there family faces. The theme is old but the feel of the movie is expected to be new and engaging.

The shooting of this movie is being done in India only on different locations. The star cast has been spotted in Ahemdabad IIM for the shoot of few scenes of the movie.  Accordign to sources, some of the scenes have been shot in Goa. The trailer and posters are not yet released and will be added as soon as the first one hits the screen.
