Priyanka throws farewell bash for close friend Gerard Butler

While Mumbai busies itself into the voting lines in Mumbai tomorrow Priyanka Chopra has busied herself for a different reason altogether. The actress is organizing a bash for her Scottish pal, Hollywood actor, Gerard Butler, the star of very famous films like 300 and P.S. I love you.

The party will be held at her residence, Raj Classic in Versova. Sources reveal that the party had been organized specially for her new friend as he is expected to leave India at the start of April so it can be presumed that the party could be as good as a farewell party.

Priyanka Chopra has invited all her friends from the film industry and has stretched the invitation as far as Sharukh Khan, (who is flying down all the way from South Africa is order to cast his vote) would be present with wife Gauri Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Suzzane, John Abraham and Bipasha Basu, Abhishek Bacchan and Aishwarya Rai Bhacchan, Aamir Khan’s nephew Imraan Khan and his long time girl friend Avantika, Karan Johar and also Farah Khan and Shirish Kunder.

Shahid Kapoor is also part of the guest list and there are a lot of chances that he may play co-host to the party. Recently, Priyanka herself played host to one of Shahid’s parties so it is only fair he returns the gesture.

It has come to attention that the party is going to be a very casual one and it is more of a reunion of old friends. Apparently, Butler is a good friend of Sharukh Khan and Gauri and wanted to see them before he left India. So, Priyanka it seems perked up an opportunity for the good friends to catch up.
