Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein is a simple love story rendered well by director Gautham Menon. Madhavan (Maddy) falls in love with a girl whom he incidentally meets at several places. He realizes that his love for her is true and he wants her very badly But he later comes to know that she is already engaged to some other guy. He then impersonates to be that guy and wins her heart. But, the story takes a deep turn when she realizes that this was not the guy whom her father had chosen for her. Diya’s mangetar (Saif Ali Khan) is an old time tough enemy of Maddy. The climax has been well scripted, the story becomes slow at certain places.

You get two cassettes along with RHTDM album. Ask why? The reason is, Vashu Bhagnani has included 6 different versions of the title track and the 4 of them have been incorporated into a new cassette. Choosing the ebst out of this 6 is simply impossible because it’s all good. Six of them in different voices different lyrics but the same music, each of them have a different feel about it. The music by debutante Harris Jayaraj who is a hit Kollywood music director has done a lot of hard work to create songs to suit the Hindi loving masses. ‘Zara Zara’ is a very sensuous song with wonderful lyrics and picturization. The song would surely make the listener to fall in love and understand the meaning of being in love. “Sach Keh Raha’ by KK is a super hit song with the beautiful melody music. All the songs have been picturized well and promoted extensively and the album in total is a good one to listen to.
